eAG (mg/dL) = 28.7 × HbA1c (%) − 46.7. IFCC conversion: % = 0.09148 × mmol/mol + 2.152. mmol/L glucose = mg/dL ÷ 18. Displayed glucose values are rounded to one decimal.
Draft HbA1c input range: 3–20% or its IFCC equivalent. This is an engineering range, not a diagnostic threshold.
